All classes are one hour long.

Family Membership

Our family membership is designed to make training more affordable for larger families.

Family members may participate in different programs. For example, a mother may attend Women’s Classes while her children attend Kids MMA or age-appropriate Women’s Classes.

Family Pricing

This family discount applies only to the two-classes-per-week membership.

Families may also add online live Zoom training + access to workout recordings for $19/month per household. One Zoom add-on covers the entire family membership.Families with more than five participating members may contact us for a customized large-family rate.

Women’s Classes

Women’s Classes are available for:

  • Women and girls ages 12 and older

Classes may include:

  • Self-Defense
  • Strength and Conditioning

Kids Classes

Kids Classes is available for:

  • Girls ages 5–11
  • Boys ages 5 until their seventh birthday according to the Hijri calendar

Classes may include:

  • Strong Kids
  • Kids MMA

Children age 4 may be accepted after completing a trial class and receiving instructor approval.

Classes are currently offered on:

  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
  • Saturday
  • Sunday

Members with the two-classes-per-week plan choose two regular attendance days at registration.

Schedule changes and makeup classes are subject to availability.

Free Trial Class

Every new student may attend one free trial class before registering.

Come meet the instructor, experience the class, and find the membership that works best for your family.

Important Membership Information

  • Membership payments are due monthly in advance.
  • Class spaces are limited and must be reserved.
  • Missed classes do not roll over into the next month.
  • Makeup classes are available only when space permits.
  • Family pricing applies to participating members from the same immediate family.
  • Memberships are non-transferable.
  • The fifth family member is free only under the two-classes-per-week family membership.
